Job Description

•  Develop own potential customer list and database

•  Network and gather information on potential businesses and customers that are renovating or setting up office

•  Make and keep appointments to see potential customers

•  Give good impression of company and products i.e. MUST have knowledge of the company and what it does, as well as the products

•  Study well products, warranties, delivery lead time etc to advise clients properly

•  On average, make 10 phone calls to potential customersa day and 20 sales visits/appointments a week

•  Keep track of what is in stock so as to sell them quickly

•  Ensure that marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures are well stocked

•  Attend daily, weekly and monthly department meetings; provide accurate and detailed reporting as well as provide own ideas on sales

Requirements

•  An energetic, sales- oriented person; self-driven/self-motivated to achieve targets and improve him-/ herself

•  Possess good communication, presentation and selling skills (verbal and written, preferably in both Myanmar and English)

•  Disciplined, organised and punctual

•  Numerate and strives to have product knowledge

•  Sociable and able to work well in a team

•  Able to work under pressure

•  Develop customer base; contact and meet with potential customers

•  Engage in Sales- and Marketing- related activities such as exhibitions etc

•  Prepare quotations and perform other sales-related functions

•  Achieve targets set by manager/ management

•  Assist in the delivery of order and provide after- sales customer service

•  May be required to assist in marketing activities

•  Attend department meetings and provide input, comments and observations for improving sales and/ or the department

•  Prepare reports as assigned by manager or supervisor

•  Any other assignments or activities assigned by manager or supervisor
