Job Description

  • Manage personnel training and development, recruitment, tax, welfare, safety and labor relations activities.

  • Ensure smooth administration and effective support for accurate and timely compensation and benefits of staff members.

  • Oversee generation of the monthly door late, resign, new, promotion and attrition reports. Set up and update fingerprint for all employees including new joiners

  • Maintain and improve HRIS system, employee records data integrity.

  • Identify staff vacancies and recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and personal specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;

  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment process report, talent database and all related staffing communication.

  • Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs in conjunction with departmental managers on an annual basis.

  • Working with other senior managers ensure that appropriate learning and development interventions are
    available and implemented, which develop the contribution of staff to the
    company’s objectives.

  • In charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments, etc).

  • Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.

  • Oversee trimester review performance process, score compilation and analysis.

  • Ensure Employee Handbook is updated regularly,

  • Organization change management related to structure, pay scale, etc.

  • Detect and handle complaints, disputes, and grievances of all staffs, implementing disciplinary procedures.

  • Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communications.

  • Support personal and career development of team members.

  • Planning training plans and inductions for new staff.

  • Participate and lead safety committee,

  • Organize monthly events, contribute to the company newsletter,

  • To motivate subordinates to work closely for the shared outcome,

  • To develop a pay scale and job band system,

  • Familiar with local labor and tax laws.

  • Sensitive to employee requirements.

  • Able to interact with staff at all levels.


  • Must Be Master (or), Bachelor Degree

  • Must-Have related filed experiences minimum (4) Years.

  • Fluent in English Skill

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Must handle the whole HR process

  • Problem-solving skill and excellent negotiation skill

  • Knowledge and experience in Labour law

  • Maintenance, upkeep and data integrity of HRIS
