Job Description
  • Co-operate with regional manager to build the retail Channel Structure in the region and manage the distributors of that region.
  • Co-operate with regional manager to promote the product coverage of each retailer in the region.
  • Monitor and manage the purchase, sales and inventory of the retailer customers in order to ensure the inventory level of the retail customers.
  • Being responsible for the tasks in the region and assign the monthly, quarterly tasks from the representative office to key retail customers as well as regional distributors.
  • Assist regional manager to help retail customers to complete their monthly and quarterly tasks.
  • Analyze the regional sales, changes in the share and provide the rational views and solutions
  • Assist the representative office to implement the monthly, quarterly promotion and follow-up the results of the promotion and retail customers target achievement on the weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analyze the data of the Channel customer in the region, effectively communicate to the retail team about the policy, promotion activities and related documents of the representative office and assist the retail team in the region to complete the tasks. 
  • More than 5 years sales experience in mobile phone, electronics and other fast moving consumer goods industry. Besides, having the practical experience in retail and channel sales and overseas work experience is preferred.
  • Having the knowledge and skills in the field of mobile communication and marketing. Furthermore, be able to grasp the opportunity and development trend of mobile phones and develop the relevant marketing strategies.
  • Having  KA management experience of mobile phone or fast moving consumer industry.
  • Any proof of past success in channel sales in a particular field (industry, region), channel strategy, channel partner management, channel management etc. is a plus.
