Job Description
  • Recruit new partner to expand channel coverage according to the sales strategy in the territory.
  • Develop new account, work out account approaching plan with comply sales strategy and business conduct.
  • Coordinate Huawei team and leverage partner’s resource to commit channel sales target.
  • Through integrated approaching to improve partner engagements and channel mapping.
  • Keep track of all the tender announcements and understand tender process.
  • Empower partner’s product solution and service fulfillment capacity to enhance customer’s relationships and satisfaction.
  • Explore business opportunities in the focus industry and bring the good image of company to the key customers.
  • Practicing devising Co-Marketing actives with partners to generate leads, enlarge pipeline and drive sellout
  • Execute partner programs and promotion activities in the territory in a result driven manner.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota in the responsible sector.
  • Build and manage customer relationship to attain continuous sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities. Coordinate Huawei team and partner resource to drive business and closing the sale in the sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in the fields of IT & Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Management.
  • 5 years+ channel sales and account sales experience in IT technology OEM, SI/ISV or Disti. IT selling experience especially in Education, ISP or BFSI sector. Consistent track record of exceeding quota while maintaining customer loyalty and required product margins.
  • Have technology knowledge of at least one area in networking, server and storage.
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate and close new accounts and opportunities.
  • Experience in building partner community through personal efforts. Understand channel business landscape and have good relationship with mainstream channel players in the region. Strong experience in managing channel partner relationships.
  • Good presentation scale and impressive personality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment with self-initiative, Strong result-orientation, interpersonal understanding and communication ability and teamwork awareness.
  • Must be able to speak conversational English. Chinese speaking will be advantage.
