Job Description


  • Bachelor Degree (or) Master Degree, more preferred B.Econ (Statistic)

  • Proficient in English Skills (Written, Speaking)

  • More preferred experiences in research industry, Research knowledge skills

Qualification and other terms are as under:

  • Assist the Industry Researcher/Specialist consultant in data collection, reporting, client service and general assistance with regards to setting up and operations of Industrial Insight Department.

  • Identify and understand trends in related industry sector. He also gather data on market share, market size and trends that may affect market size or share in the future, financial costs and performances.

  • Support articles/reports/newsletter for MMRD Guide and Publications

  • Provides translation of reports/article from Myanmar to English and English to Myanmar for Publication Division

  • Participates in appropriate occasions such as seminars, workshops and external training programme with department’s arrangement and assignment

  • Studies ongoing business and industrial situation in Myanmar

  • Support UMFCCI and trade associations upon assignment

Operational management

  • Assist the projects under the guidance of Department Manager/Research Director and support the project team in specialized projects

  • Provides knowledge, skills and abilities in supervision and delivery on research objective to ensure meaningful and value-added findings and coordinates with team members to achieve highest possible efficiency

  • As a Researcher, he needs to possess technical skill such as

-Research methodology

-Other related analytical tools

-Industry knowledge

-Analysis, report preparation and presentation
