Job Description

• Responsible for all line management of the development team, as well as the development and live infrastructures, technical processes and strategy.
• To solve technical error of developer.
• To ensure quality technical deliveries on their whole product portfolio through the effective management of the development team.
• Good understanding of project scope and facilitates negotiation of scope changes with the business.
• Responsible for managing the overall project estimation, budget and ROI.
• Responsible for preparing the detailed project schedule with input from development and testing leads.
• Responsible for ensuring the project deliverable are ready for deployment to the business from both a quality and documentation perspective.
• Aggressively manage the team (including 3rd party vendors where applicable) to the schedule.
• Clearly articulates project health, issues and identifies specific actions, deadlines and accountability.
• Ensures the team maintains quality in every phase of the project. Reviews quality reports, metrics to ensure high quality software is delivered to clients. • Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing methods and procedures that are efficient, effective, and meet good business practice. • Maintains excellent communication within the team to ensure smooth running of all projects undertaken by team. • Has experience in Project Management and able to lead in the coaching and mentoring of team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverable.

• Create and update project schedule with customer
• Create / Modify documentation and reports
• Keep team updated on project status and information
• Stay current with customer information, changes, and updates
• Respond to escalations presented by team or customer
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Handle all customer and technician issues / complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken
• Manage database, files and records, word processing, and other office procedures
• Create meetings to inform of project updates Functional/Technical Skills: • MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to work with team and drive toward results with little help to achieve project goals and mitigate risk
• Strong learning agility especially with new technology and processes
• Expert understanding of Project Management and Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement)
• Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles within the Company
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate
• Possess excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills, and capable to drive business decisions and strategy forward
• Ability to assess the impact of new project requirements on an existing team workload
• Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
• Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently with ability to perform under tight
