Senior HR Manager

Job Description
  • Manages full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to implementation of HR policies, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent attraction and retention, especially in regional recruitment
  • Guides employees in matters related to career development, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management
  • Works closely with Regional HR on all HR matters
  • Interacts with Senior Management and employees to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company
  • Degree or Diploma in HRM specialization or related field
  • Well-versed in local labour legislation and practices
  • Must be practical, able to summaries succinctly, have analytical and negotiating skills.
  • Must be available, attentive and tenacious.
  • Must have good oral and writing skills.
  • English essential and a second language desirable.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ work experience in construction industry is required.
  • Candidates with experience working in Yangon or other regional countries will have an added advantage.
