Job Description
  • Must be able to implement guidelines and regulations of the office and carry them out properly.
  • Must be a University Graduate
  • Candidates with a Diploma and/or Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Diploma and/or Certificate in Business Management are preferred. 
  • Must have at least 5 years of work experience in Admin/HR-related fields of work.
  • Able to manage, develop and understand rules and regulations of the office, and manage staff-related affairs and staff-related work.
  • Must have good knowledge and understanding of the Myanmar Labor Law
  • Must have good management skills
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, have a good sense of working together with others. Should also be insightful and be able to think of good ideas and plans for the office.
  • Must be proficient in using a computer, and be able to use the Internet and E-mail properly.
  • Must be proficient at speaking and writing in English
  • Able to travel extensively according to the demands of the work
