Job Description

- To monitor the “JTF system” and Google calendar usage of each MMRD members and send reminder for WIPs.
- Assist to the HR Director and HR Manager on day-to-day HR matters and work closely with HR Director and HR manager to improve HR function by participating in the process of evaluating, developing and recommending new or revised procedures and programs.
- Formulate standardized processes and policies relating to people management, retention and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in MMRD
- Oversee the duties of the HR assistants and coach, develop and recruit HR personnel as required
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions and concerns from employees and brief employees on issues relating to HR matters as needed
- Prepare and administer HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment and confidentiality agreements
- Maintain relevant HR databases and personnel files, ensure they are up to date and accurate and initiate corrective actions when necessary
- Assist with recruitment of vacant positions, working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, issuing contracts and on-boarding new employees
- Direct and monitor the performance appraisal process (trimester review), provide guidance to managers, oversees completion of proper documentation and review any relevant information and procedures such as adherence to Job Task Form system.
- Monitor and promote staff effectiveness for every department's activities in collaboration with MMRD's managers/HODs
- Facilitate in creating learning and development programs and training to staff 


Minimum of 5 years work experience in the human resources department of a company with at least one year managing other staff. Expected qualities and skills:
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of HR programs, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of standard HR management processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee data, human resources operations and processes, compensation and salary administration, benefits programs
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, including English Language skills, (both written and verbal) and communicate effectively with others.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working with people and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
