Job Description
  • Maintain and organize employee records on Company HR Database
  • Coordinate with HR Supervisor for staff recruiting & selection process, on boarding process and employee relations
  • Develop training program for employee performance improvement and employee compensation & recognition program
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for both new hires and current employees
  • Monitor and evaluate employees’ performance and job results and plan for job performance evaluation program
  • Implement HR policies, rules & regulations and action program for disciplinary issues
  • Check monthly HR reports and coordinate with Head Accountant for monthly payroll and OT calculations
  • Constantly evaluate services of recruiting partners and hiring platforms and research for new partners and platforms if necessary
  • Work closely with Management for HR project planning in aligned with organization goals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulation
  • Performed other HR‐related duties as required
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 3‐year experience in Human Resoruces
  • Preferably has a good understanding of labour laws and policies relevant in Myanmar
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work well either alone or as part of a team
  • Selected candidate will be required to work in Hledan
