Job Description
  • Responsible for managing Direct2U e-commerce platforms and app.
  • Oversee online business and consolidate deals throughout all categories within Direct2U
  • Plan and implement promotion strategies on Direct2U e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information of Direct2U e-commerce platforms.
  • Maimize brand awareness and reach of Direct2U by exploring partnerships with all available platforms.
  • Consolidate direction and translates intor marketing media visibility on Direct2U.
  • Set and achieve sales goals.
  • Forecast and source stock.
  • Oversee and ensure order processing and fulfilling of e-platforms.
  • Responsible for achieving KPI. (ie, Sales, Online Traffic, etc) established by management.
  • Re-design workflows to support implementation of new e-commerce and retail technologies.
  • Gather and analyse meaningful data to form customer insights and implement action plan to bridge gaps.
  • Manage brand portfolios and assets across multiple sales channels.
  • Specialise in Marketing.
  • Experience in managing overall e-commerce strategy of a company.
  • IT and social media savvy.
  • Innovative and Creative.
  • Team player with good communication skills to liaise with the internal team and external customers.
  • Meticulous with strong problem solving skills and decision making skills.
  • Have positive working attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be well versed in 4 English skills.
  • Be a self starter with a can do attitude that enables to work independently.
