Job Description
  • Ensures day to day management of office area such as maintaining office equipment for all centers
  • Prepares a plan for monthly center maintenance and new install
  • Responsible to purchase necessary things
  • Controls the stock status of center operating materials
  • Be a communicator and coordinator to repair concern area
  • Handles all the telephone credit matters
  • Follows up with all the suppliers in order to operate and maintain the center smoothly
  • Processes visa for foreign expatriate stay in the country
  • Implements and follows up center cleaning policies and procedures
  • Manages the maids in order to enhance the quality of cleanness of the center
  • Liaises with Government Departments in all concern area
  • Keeps the center documents in order
  • Arranges air ticket and hotel booking for senior management and foreign expatriate and others
  • Others administrative duties as assigned by the Manager


Requirements
  • Any graduate
  • 2-3 years of experience in working as administrative Assistant
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to work overtime
  • Able to travel in the city
  • Proactive, Initiative, Supportive, Communicative and Punctuate
