Job Description

-Participates in the survey research of both qualitative and quantitative research projects by coordinating, cooperating and understanding the nature of related works

Performs proficiently as a Researcher/Research Analyst by assisting in developing interview guideline and structure/ semi-structured questionnaire, conducting training and fieldwork , providing analysis and interpretation of the research findings

Assists Project Manager in design and analysis process by monitoring and maintaining the surveys' procedures

Provides Transcripts of field reports from Myanmar to English before analysis and preparation draft/final report

Makes translation tasks assigned by Research Director when necessary

Participates in project meetings and presentations to clients

Participates in appropriate occasions such as seminars, workshops and external training programme with department's arrangement and assignment

Studies and updates ongoing business, industrial situation and policy changes in Myanmar 

Requirements

− Must have acquiring good education background and knowledge on business, industry and research, mid age (24-40 year old).

Obtain basic knowledge of and/or interest in research methodologies and approaches (both qualitative and quantitative).

Willing to learn and gain research experience with design, desk research, field work, data processing and analysis.

Excellent communications such as good speaking and writing skills in Myanmar and English are essential with the ability to produce good draft reports.

Have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, ability to work well in teams, troubleshoot and deliver her works in a timely manner.

− Previous experience in market research is desired
